I'm not sure how you were right there on my YouTube page; however, I was dealing with a very chaotic situation and angry at the time and was in desperate need of some Mental Health, Therapeutic reorganization of my thoughts, if you will! Your voice, your accent, and your calm demeanor just gently, quietly took complete control over my mind and body and replaced my negative, angry feelings with a soothing sense of hope and with a renewed sense of courage to do just that (be the best version of myself)! Your message was so thought-provoking and true. I believed every word, which is important for me because you garnered my trust, so for that, I Thank you as I struggle every day to find truth and meaning in my life, and I am so relaxed now. It was like I was born with a new brain after going through those sessions. I never thought I would feel this way in my lifetime, and that I would be able to so effortlessly think and feel the way I finally do about myself. Through his videos and posts I realized that I've always put everyone else ahead, caring first for those around me. But I had always been unable to care for myself in the same way. Until now.
